Dell 3100 w/XP: hard drive crashed, installed new one w/installation discs - no sound, uninstalled and reinstalled w/recommedded sequence for drivers installation but sound driver would not install, all others did, service tag calls for Sigma STAC92XXC, hit download, opened up dell download manager to run but "missing files required...contact vendor" comes up...so, how can I get sound and/or needed driver to install, tried all troubleshooting recommendations from Dell's driver list - no results
