doesn't keep things saved

Not sure what is wrong with this thing..........when I am in MSN I save like the weather to a certain zip code. I shut down the computer and go on the next time, it doesn't save it. It goes back to the original area. Why is it doing this? How can I fix it? Can anyone tell me what is happening?

it might be because u have ur computer automaticly clearying ur cookies/offline files thats the only thing i can think of

Do you know how I can check this or how to fix?
