infected lap top

[justify]my laptop is infected with malware or virus I do not know what to do as malwarebytes , adware does not install on my system. Cannot get into regedit, cmd I really need some help. My OS is windows 7 ultimate. I did a hijack this nd the results are

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

I used your suggestion by was still unable to install malwarebytes. I used Bit Defender 2010 to scan the system which showed at least 1200 virus some was clean but 1 remained I am now able to install malwarebytes and the scan is presently running> i will report after the scan.

I was unable to totally clean the the laptop but it is working better,MBAM found 14 infected files and deleted or quarantined them. My problem is how to keep this problem from re-occurring. Also what measures can I take to prevent the laptop from crashing ever so often. I am running win 7 ultimate build 7600.

Can you see if OTL works in 7.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
