Bankerfox.a & win32/nuqel.e -- HELP!!

My PC is infected with these 2 viruses. I looked around this forum and found some good info on how to fix my PC.
The issue is that in "normal" mode. i can't do nothing...currently nothing can be opened because the computer claims ALL .exe are infected & internet cannot open. I do have malwarebyte installed a while back but can't update it or run it for now. in normal mode, everytime i try to run it, i get the message that it is infected. I was able to runa HiJack This log immediately after booting up and before the virus tool effect.

Hello.

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer

1. Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
   

In Firefox

1. Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
   
2. Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Did you remove the proxy settings I posted in my first post? DDS log still shows the proxy settings.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

Java(TM) 6 Update 2
LimeWire 5.3.6
MediaBar 2.0
My Way Search Assistant
Viewpoint Media Player

Please download the OTMoveIt by OldTimer.

• Save it to your desktop.
  
• Please double-click OTM.exe to run it.
  
• Copy the bolded text below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy):

We can remove OTMoveIt now.
