Virus Problem

Hi, I am using Windows Vista and currently am experiencing a virus problem with something blocking most internet access and it claims there are multiple trojans affecting my system and I need to purchase additional protection, which I found out from a real life friend is a scam and apparently there is only 1 virus, being that. It has the same problem as another post by loveblakelewis i believe with something coming up and saying ____win32. etc. If there's any help you could give me, it would be extremely appreciated, thank you.

Rename ComboFix.exe to commy.exe before you save it to your Desktop

• Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools A guide to do this can be found here
  
• Click Start>Run then copy paste the following command into the Run box & click OK "%userprofile%\desktop\commy.exe" /stepdel
  
• As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. This will not install in Vista. Just continue scanning, and skip the console install.
  
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the contents of C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

First off, I have Windows VISTA, not XP, so the "Run" function you mentioned is something I cannot do. And also, when I tried to download Combo Fix (I attempted each link you gave) it would download all the way and finally McAfee would come up and say "Successfully Removed Trojan" or something like that. Also, I dont know how to rename the Combo Fix to commy because I'm on windows vista.. Im sorry but I just don't know what to do. Any further help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
