I am trying to install SP3 and I am getting an Error Message saying access denied? Can you help?

The Error Code I am getting is 0x80070005? What does this mean?

wont allow me to install any antivirus software.
Help pls: stuck cant install any antivirus, wont let them run
Wireless Mouse wont install
Motherboard drivers wont install properly
windows 10 lost whilst updating - had to re-install original windows 7 to use the internet
