Please help me with my virus problem!

Ok well this has happened before and I ended up like renewing my whole computer which of course deletes everything but it's happening again (it happened the first time like 6 months ago).

What happened is I can't open like any programs, it says, "Their infected" but the thing is it's making these like completely fake BOGUS as hell virus scanners pop up I think it was called like, "Virus System Pro" Or something like that I could be way off and like it trys to scan and then wants me to 'pay' for the pro version to get rid of the viruses but I know it's like completely fake. It keeps like popping up saying there's like 38 viruses found and what nawt. But then every like couple minutes it will open Internet Explorer (Which I use FF and Google Chrome I never use IE) when nothing is even allowed to open in the first place and it'll like send me to all these porn and Viagra websites.

I tried Avast which I some how got to finally open (I think it was because I immediately opened it as soon as these things started because last time it happened to me it wouldn't let me, and I did some scans and stuff and it didn't find anything.

Please is there any way to fix this I don't want to have to completely clear my computer and stuff again I have tons of not backed up photos/videos/music.

Also I'm on my "Guest" profile right now because somehow it is working just fine.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

Ok I tried it and the thing that comes up during startup stopped and I can now open stuff but I went to a webpage and (and this has only happened once and didn't like harrase me about it but like it popped up on a webpage as a virus protector iv never heard of and told me i had a crap load of viruses but i just closed it

Oh and also how do you suggest I prevent this next time? I have avast but it didn't say anything about it and when it scanned it didn't find anything.

This infection can pack more than what is showing, it will go as far as infected your system files so we need to check they are ok.
