also i forgot to say one thing hijack doesn't let me scan a certain file i get this error towards the scan "for some reason your system denied write access to the host file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HijackThis may NOT be able to fix this. If that happens, you need to edit the files your self. To do this, click start, run and type notepad C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and press enter. find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them. save the file has 'hosts.' For the HOSTS file issue, no big deal. Just right click on HijackThis and click Run As Administrator. Then, it should scan correctly. Go ahead and please post a new HijackThis log in your next reply.

Please download ComboFix virus i can't fix Combofix from BleepingComputer.com

    Alternate link: Forospyware.com

Rename ComboFix.exe to commy.exe before you save it to your Desktop
    • Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools A guide to do this can be found here
    • Click Start>Run then copy paste the following command into the Run box & click OK "%userprofile%\desktop\commy.exe" /stepdel
    • As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. This will not install in Vista. Just continue scanning, and skip the console install.
    • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the contents of C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
