No sound coming out of headphones

I have these Fender stereo headphones (they are the big ones that go around your ears, not in or on) and no matter what i plug them into, no sound comes out. they were working just fine the other day, but now i have nothing. I have plugged it into both jacks on my computer, my brother's laptop and my ipod and nothing comes out of them. does anyone have any ideas of what i can do, besides getting a new pair?

It's most probably spoiled, if you still have the warranty you can send it back to them.

i have had them for around 4 years, im pretty sure its expired by now. could unplugging them a certain way caused it? like breaking a wire inside it maybe

Probably, it could also be a circuit broken inside.
