Security Tool Help!!!

Hello.

Security tool was deleted a while ago off my computer, (just the exe and folder)

But i still have remaining security tool infection.
i tried all online reccommendations, (including mbytes.exe, a renamed mbytes.exe, hijackthis, avast, adv. syscare free.)
i even tried manual removal. nomatter what, its a bother.

How do i remove security tool? everything that messes with ST is just deleted. Mbyte deletes after 2 seconds without st running or anything. safemode doesnt start due to mup.sys.

HELP! please. this is the fastest computer i have ever used, and it has very very important original work documents used in the IT department of a state hospital.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
