Very Problematic Virus!!!

All my antivirus programs have been disabled.I am not able to install any new antivirus programs as my virus doesn't allow it o open.
My task manager,regedit are disables.If i use commands to enable it,its disables immediately.
Please help.

Please download: HijackThis to your Desktop.

• Double Click the HijackThis icon, located on your Desktop.
  
• By Default, it will install to: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
  It will also create a shortcut on your Desktop.
  
• Accept the license agreement.
  
• Click Do a System Scan and Save a Logfile.
  
• Please post the log in your next reply.
