Help!!!!

I got this problem on my laptop and just occured few weeks ago. The screen is like frozed and it just happans few times. Except I can move my mouse and but when I tried to click on my browser , it wont even select it. When I tried to see if I can open the FireFox icon on my desktop , it wont even click on it. This problem don't happen often when I do stuff , it just happens sometimes. When I do Ctl + Alt + Del = Task Manage , it doesn't froze anymore.
