Please help. While on my computer this morning I was informed there were critical issues with spyware. A company popped up "Personal Antivirus." I do not pretend to being computer savy and thought I did the right thing by purchasing its protection. Now I'm scared I've done the wrong thing and need to remove it from my computer. What do I need to do?
