Can't remove Total Security

Greetings,

A user of ours got this Total Security virus today and I am having a hard time removing it .. I have ran malwarebytes' anti malware in safe mode .. It found the total security infection, in which i removed it.. After a reboot, the Total Security popped up again unfortunately .. After scanning the laptop again, it could not find any infections .. I also tried Super Anti Spyware with no luck .. The odd part is that this only pops up when this certain user logs in (the laptop is on a domain) .. If I log on as Administrator the Total Security does not pop up .. At any rate, below is the Hijack This log file.. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Please try to run Malwarebytes in Normal Mode, not Safe Mode. It functions better in Normal Mode. Run a full scan
