Scan says FAKEALERT XP HELP me get rid of it..

Hi. When i run a scan with mcafee it says fake alert xp trojan found.. Is this the fake alert that your computer is infected? I also ran a Malwarebytes scan and it said nothing found.. Can i get help with this problem.
