trouble removing BlockDefense

Okay, so we have this block defense stuff on a laptop, vista.

We've removed the program file and the only file we could find in the registry. Nothing else shows up with blockdefense in the registry or when searching the computer.

Also malwarebytes found nothing.

It controls the windows security thing to tell us to download it, has two popups from the side, and stops us from going to sites such as avg.

What do we do?

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
