Bankerfox.a removal

I have followed the steps to remove these malwares as mentioned on

I ahve downloaded malwarebytes' anti malware
but it couldn't be executed
i get the message
"Application cannot be executed. The file mbam.exe is infected. DO you want to activate your antivirus software now?"

Any suggestions?
