can't connect to google after removing "windows security suite"

Hi I'm new to this site. I found a way to remove the malware windows security suite from here. Thank you. Since my computer came down with that problem I haven't been able to connect to google. Which means I can't get to my gmail account. Is there a way I can fix this?
