system security

Ok im having mass trouble with system security. for some reason my mouse wont work period. how do i get my computer to reformat. Please help

Reformatting isn't an option just yet.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
  

how am i supposed to do that without a working mouse. and when i log on thru safe mode or normal my computer just locks up

i think reformatting is the only option right now. no mouse will work and neither will the internet.

If you wish to format that is your decision, formatting would be the best way to remove system security if most of hardware stopped responding.

how do i go about reformatting?

You need a windows cd to format your computer, here is a brief guide to help you out:
