trojan.zlob

My friend is unable to register as her computer is acting up and hence have to write up this...She has Windows XP Home Edition and seems to have gotten a virus by the name of trojan.zlob which her norton symantec antivirus is unable to detect...It is multiplying and her computer acting up.....Please help

i have put the hijack this log file up above.....virus keeps multiplying and I am worried for my files

She is scared

If you had formatted, then the malware should be gone unless you've run the infected installer all over again.
If you have formatted, we'll need a new Hijack This log, so post a new log.
