Personal Antivirus and i don't know what it is or how to get it off!!!!

ok so i was on Google chrome checking my email next thing i know i was redirected to another page and then i had person antivirus. i don't know what it is but it keeps telling me that i have all these viruses and something called trojan my dad told me to come here he said you guys are awesome.... well i really hope so plus if this gets cleared you an definantly count on a donation from me!

6. We need to disable your local AV (Anti-virus) before running Combofix.
