wifi card gets hot

my internal wifi card in my laptop gets very hot when disabled or enabled
laptop - Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527
I have disabled that wireless card because i have upgraded to a wireless N card. But my wifi card still gets hot i would like to knwo how come it does this

I'm don't quite get you here. But if it's what you mean; why is gets hot... Then it's because there's still current running through the card.
