Win32/RootKit.Agent.ODG Trojan

My Dell Latitude d620 laptop recently received a virus that redirects all of the results on a google search to various websites such as shopping or "your pc is infected scan now!" websites. After running NOD32 1 infected file was found "Win32/RootKit.Agent.ODG Trojan" but was it unable to quarantine or clean this file nor can I find it to delete it myself and i have tried malwarebytes to no avail. Please help me remove this virus as it is my work laptop and it is very important no viruses are on it.

sorry but I just wanted to add that i have seen many instances online where this exact same problem was fixed with Combofix but it was used with a script made specifically for their pc so i have postponed using it

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Thank you but even though Malwarebytes found quarantined and deleted a file Eset NOD32 still finds and can't remove the file i mentioned in the first post and i'm still having the same problems

2. During the download, rename Combofix to Combo-Fix as follows:

Sorry Origin but when i start Combofix it says that my trend micro scanner is running and i should close it before I continue. But there is no window or icon in the system tray and the only process i find in task manager that is related to trend micro is ntrtscan.exe. Whenever i end the process it starts back up in a few minutes and i cant seem to find a fix for this.

I see, please continue with the scan even though its still active.
