Antivirus System Pro Alert- DESPERATE HELP NEEDED PLEASE

Hi i'm new on here. Have tried all day to remove this system pro thing. Also comes up win32/Nugel.E and BankerFox.A. Have scanned in safe mode and computer can't find it, then scanned in normal mode and my computer could find it but could not fix it and suggested to restart in safe mode and rescan which still didn't work. IE keep trying to start up and tries to display porn and adult pages, but unsuccessfully.

It seems to track anything I try to do and report it as being infected for instance task manager would normally open fine now if i try it says it's infected. I have tried to connect to the internet and now am unable to connect at all. Am typing this from my daughter's computer and really would appreciate some help. PLEASE.

Download Hijack This via the laptop, put it on the USB stick and then plug the stick in the infected machine so we can run Hijack This from it.

Hi, ok got a usb stick plugged it into daughter's laptop, clicked on the link to download hijackthis and mcafee has come up warning "when we tested this site we found downloads that some people consider adware spyware or other potentially unwanted programms" BLOCK or ALLOW. Well before I do anything this is worrying as the last thing i want to do is muck up my daughter's laptop. Does this warning normally come up when you follow the link above?

Mcafee doesn't like SendSpace. It's fine as the link is a direct link and you won't see the site, so allow it.

Try not to stress Dude, these guys have helped me with exactly the same bug! once U run Hijack this it will quickly get sorted out... just hang in there. these guys know their shit! I'm impressed! I have been tellin everybody!

OK tried it! turned on in safe mode scanned hijackthis and copied and pasted results. Don't know what to do now?

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.

what worked for me was restarting my computer in safe mode and then using an antivirus system to delete Antivirus System Pro

also, you can manually remove the virus by first killing the .exe process, then deleting all files and folders of Antivirus System Pro and then finally deleting are registry entries for Antivirus System Pro

Slight problem followed instructions for disabling all protection which was ok. Combofix then said

Don't worry, Combofix does a very deep scan and shows us a lot of information we need to help diagnose and remove your problm. The log looks fine, just need to delete a service.

Go to Start > Run. In the run box, copy and paste in:

sc delete junppfxucntu

Hit enter.

Below I have included a number of recommendations for how to protect your computer in order to prevent future malware infections. Please take these recommendations seriously; these few simple steps can stave off the vast majority of spyware problems. As happy as we are to help you, for your sake we would rather not have repeat customers.

1) Please navigate to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download all the "critical updates" for Windows. This can patch many of the security holes through which attackers can gain access to your computer.

Please either enable Automatic Updates under Start -> Control Panel -> Automatic Updates , or get into the habit of checking for Windows updates regularly. I cannot stress enough how important this is.

2) In order to protect yourself against spyware, you should consider installing and running the following free programs:

Ad-Aware SE
A tutorial on using Ad-Aware to remove spyware from your computer may be found here.

Spybot-Search & Destroy
A tutorial on using Spybot to remove spyware from your computer may be found here. Please also remember to enable Spybot's "Immunize" and "TeaTimer" features.

Mozilla's Firefox browser is fantastic; it is much more secure than Internet Explorer, immune to almost all known browser hijackers, and also has the best built-in popup blocker (as an added benefit!) that I have ever seen. Thank you for your help, still confused and worried as to how it got there in the first place. I have Netprotect plus care of McAfee with firewall, antivirus etc all regularly updated, scans run every friday. My Windows is set automatic updates. I also have Spyware Terminator (Real-Time Shield enabled) running??!!
