I have a computer with security system 2009 on it now. I already had malware anti bytes on the computer and symantec antivirus. However, the PC will not allow me to run them. I can't get into add and remove programs in control panel either. Nothing happens when I click on them. I have tried starting in safe mode but it will not allow this either. Suggestions?

Hello.

Please download Ice Sword from HERE

  1. Download the zip to your desktop and extract it.
  2. Open the Ice Sword folder and then launch IceSword.exe.
  3. Can you open IceSword without any problems?
