Help with winbluesoft Please!

I have looked at the other forums and tried to download and run Icesword and HJT but they simply stop running?
Malwarebytes anti malware also will not run.

any ideas?

will reformatting the hard drive remove it?

Please try this, locate and delete this file:

C:\windows\system32\blocker.dll

Now see if you can run HijackThis.
