help me please! cannot get system security off computer. none of my antivirus or spyware programs will open. task manager will not open as well.

Please download Ice Sword from HERE

Download the zip to your desktop and extract it.
Open the Ice Sword folder and then launch IceSword.exe.
Can you run IceSword without it closing?

cannot open any programs or system tools due to system security
