another WinBlueSoft infection...please help

I have been infected with WinBlueSoft as well...please help. I included a HiJackThis log below. I have an old computer with two hard drives, if that matters.

Hello.

• Open HijackThis.
  
• When Hijack This opens, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
  
• Then select "Delete a file on reboot..."
  
• Then find and select this file: C:\windows\system32\blocker.dll
  
• Select okay and select yes to reboot.
  

After reboot,

I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please make sure Teatimer is disable before we do this, otherwise this fix will fail.

Now we need to clean up a few things in Hijack This.

• Open HijackThis.
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

• Download combofix from here

  1. If you are using Firefox, make sure that your download settings are as follows:
  
  * Tools->Options->Main tab
  * Set to "Always ask me where to Save the files".
  
  2. During the download, rename Combofix to Combo-Fix as follows:
  
  
  
  
  
  3. It is important you rename Combofix during the download, but not after.
  4. Please do not rename Combofix to other names, but only to the one indicated.
  5. Close any open browsers.
  6. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
  ***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***
  
  **Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.
  
  
  
• The Recovery Console provides a recovery/repair mode should a problem occur during a Combofix run.
  
  
  
  
• Allow ComboFix to download the Recovery Console.
  
• Accept the End-User License Agreement.
  
• The Recovery Console will be installed.
  
• You will then get this next prompt that asks if you want to continue the malware scan, select yes
  
  
  
  
• Allow combofix to run
  
• Post C:\combofix.txt back here.
  
  Note:
  Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Save this as CFScript.txt, save it to your desktop also.
Then drag and drop CFScript.txt into combofix as seen below:


This will open combofix again, agree to it's terms and allow it to run.
It may want to reboot after it's done. (It will warn you if it wants to)
Post the resulting log back here.

When I drag and drop the .txt to the ComboFix file that was previously renamed, it gives me an error message that reads:

You cannot rename ComboFix as Combo-Fix

Please use another name, preferrably made up of alphanumeric characters.

Please advise.

Delete the copy if ComboFix you have now and download this one without reanming it, most of the malware was removed so you should be able to run it like that:

Did you install this? using cracks and keygens is one sure way to get you infected.

If these cracks and keygens are not removed, then I WONT help you.

I did download this and I am sure that this is where this WinBlueSoft came from. It is from a P2P site, as I am sure you can tell.
I have now deleted it. Are there any further steps that I need to take to clean up my computer?

Stay away from P2P site, they can't be trusted.
