Is This Sality Virus?

I need help..My computer become slower,Hang,auto restart,can't open antivirus,can't run in safe mode..people say its a Sality.y Virus..Im not sure,if true how to remove it?Another thing is this i see in my sysem properties (MY computer-->Properties)

Your system is severly infected. Problem with these infections nowadays is, it causes a lot of damage. Even if we clean the malware off your system, I can't guarantee that your system will be clean afterwards, because these infections/bundles leave a lot of leftovers behind that most scanners won't even recognise and logs won't show.
Also, I can't promise you we can repair all the damage it caused... Even after cleaning the malware, you can still get errors afterwards because of the damage. Solving these is not always possible since it will be searching for a needle in a haystack to find the right cause and solution.
So, we can try to clean this up and do what we can, but keep in mind that we can't solve ALL problems this malware already caused.

In light of this it would be wise for you to back up any files and folders that you don't want to lose before we start. Reason I am telling this is because when a system is so terribly infected and we try to clean this up manually, the damage that is already present may interfere with our removal attempts.

I notice that you never scanned with an Antivirus previously before starting this thread - because you don't even have an Antivirus installed!
This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.

This is a free Antivirus.

Perform a full scan with Avira and let it delete everything it is finding.
Then reboot.
After reboot, open your Avira and select "reports".
There doubleclick the report from the Full scan you have done. Click the "Report File" button and copy and paste this report in your next reply.
Then we'll start from there, because it really makes no sense otherwise that we clean this up manually if an Antivirusscan is not present which should be able to deal with most and prevent further reinfection.

Im sorry sir,but before this i have install the avira antivirus but i think it not suit me because its says all it don't know is virus even my game in pc and i have to delete it.. ..But i try moving on with it about 6month,in the same time i also have SpybotSD and window defender install,all working perfectly but suddenly 1 day they stop working..they icon also change..then i uninstall it..when i read thread the simptomp like Sality..I know it makes many damage in comp,and maybe need to format my hardisk but all i want to know is how to really clean this virus,because i heard if sality virus is hard to clean even we format they still there..some says i need application from mac whic can clean HDD really good,is this true?...Thanks for helping me sir,i will install the avira antivirus 1st then i wait for your opinion..i will post the report to you..

Yep, it's true.
Sality damages A LOT of your machines system files, even as far as corrupting them, and it's spread across EVERY exe file on the machine. We can't fix this, sorry, but game over.

I'm afraid I have bad news.

Your system is infected with a polymorphic file infector called Sality. Sality is capable of infecting all the machine's executable files (.exe) and screensaver files (.scr). However, the problem is that the virus has a number of bugs in its code, and as a result, it may misinfect a proportion of executable files and therefore, the files are corrupted beyond repair. As of now, security experts suggest that a format and clean install, or destructive recovery if you have an OEM recovery partition, is the best way to clean the infection and it is the best and safest way to return the machine to its normal working state.

Backup all your documents and important items (personal data, work documents, etc) only. DO NOT backup any executable files (softwares) and screensavers (*.scr). It attempts to infect any accessed .exe or .scr files by appending itself to the executable.

Also, avoid backing up compressed files (zip/cab/rar) files that have .exe or .scr files inside them. Sality can penetrate and infect .exe files inside compressed files too.

Recent variants also modify htm, html, asp and php files.

Do not back up to another machine, as it may become compromised. Burn to DVD/CD, or to an external drive which has nothing else on it, and which you can format should it happen to become infected from the backups.

I have to format it all again..but can u teach me how to know if the sality is still there?and how to really clean my hdd?what type of software i have to use?

I am afraid that you can't use any software as it infects all extension files(.exe) So even if you did install certain software you would not be able to run it. The best thing to do is format your computer.

Thanks for the advise sir,but im not clearly about 1 thing..if i format they say Sality virus got something they call "blue screen of death" which u cant format properly or become hang..is this true?and if i can format,would the virus is still there?Im really sorry sir,im a noob in virus counter..

I can't see why it would hang on formatting if done correctly.

When formatting, wipe the current partition (so there is no OS left and the machine is unbootable), then format it with a new partition and re-install Windows on that.
