How to Remove Antivirus System PRO [Removal Guide]

First off, I'd like to say how absoƖute SHITTY this Antivirus System Pro was for me. It was just hell for a few days!

I went through website after website trying to find an HONEST fix. Everything I tried wouldnt work. I came across this site as a last resort before i took my computer to a repair shop. I must say...You have made me so so SO happy. This fix worked in a matter of 10 minutes!

I cant thank you enough. Instead of getting scammed AGAIN this fix truelly did exactly what I wanted it to! I cannot thank you guys enough! This was sooo frusterating for me being a complete computer moron. This was simple, fast, and to the point.

Again, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I wish there was some way I could repay. For a while I thought my computer was completely screwed, so i cant say it enough.

yeah, there's 2 options, the payed subscriber one, and the free one. The only difference is, if you pay you dont have to wait in a downloading queue. For the free one i only had to wait like 1 minute though so it was really no big deal.

I downloaded Malwarebytes malware remover or whatever and I got up to update Malware and Launch . . . after I do this it doesn't automatically open. I try to open from start menu but the antivirus pro thing wont let it open . . . I cant use it if it won't open. Please help, A.S.A.P.!!!!!

Hi all: I too tried to remove the virus using your guide and I had the same problem as the others. I took the programs from one computer and copied them to my thumb drive and tried to install them but I got a pop up saying the file was corrupted. I copyied the files to a dvd and tried it again and got the same mesaage. It seems to me that these pirates are enhancing the virus to combat the Hijack this and Mallbytes. Any and all advice would be appreciated!

As an update, I worked on this problem with the information provided on this site. As of 2am last night I gave up. I tried everything but it seemed the virus infected every program designed to eliminate it. I started the system up in the safe mode this morning, started the system in the last known configuration that worked and was able to start the restore before the virus programs kicked in (lay man's understanding and concept). I was able to restore it, I ran the suggested Mallware programs from a CD and it only found one trojan in my local file - 8051.exe and the mallware deleted it. The system seems fine now! Thanks for the information!!!!!
I would ask another question.....What would be the best antivirus program to purchse in order to prevent this problem in the future???

Hi: I burned the antivirus software program to a cd. I restarted in safe mode and ran my restore and then ran the Mallware antivirus program from the cd. Its all good now.

What do I do if I can't even get internet access anymore because of this stupid thing. If I try to go to Start - Control Panel - can't even do anything there either. I start getting pop ups saying Application cannot be excuted. The file*******.exe is infected.

It will not let me open any program, i even have a norton disk, but cannot download becuase i can't open it.

For Example: i treid using chrome to go online but it says

I did folllow all instructions to install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware...
I install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware... but during this came up this error:

this worked great except every time i turn my computer on the antivirus pro would pop up and i would need to use the task manager to close it then it would go away. Is there a way to remove anti virus pro so that when i turn the computer on it wont pop up again.

I just removed it from my parent's computer. It's gotten a lot harder to remove because the malware was preventing access to the Internet, opening programs on the computer, etc.

I would suggest the following which worked for me:

1. Download the Malwarebytes program to another computer and save to a thumbdrive.
2. Boot the infected computer in safe mode "with networking" (with networking is important because without it you can't update the Malwarebytes program and it won't find anything without an update - at least it didn't in my case).
3. Installed the Malwarebytes program and update it.
4. Do a scan (I did a quick scan) which found 3 infected objects. Remove them.
5. Reboot normally.
6. Run a full scan (mine found 3 items), remove any infected objects, and reboot again.

Found one other thing which I'm not 100% sure is related, but liikely is. for some reason the setting to use a proxy server was turned on (it shouldn't be in my and most cases).

If you are having issues accessing Internet sites after removing the Antivirus System Pro, try checking if it is disabled. It's accessed in IE under Tools/Internet Options, select connections tab, select "LAN Settings" and make sure box is unchecked next to "Use a proxy server for your LAN"

Bstritt: I did exactly the same thing and the virus attcked my thumb drive and corrupted it. I burned the programs to a cd and finalized it so nothing else could be burned onto it. Then I installed the Antivirus via the cd in safe mode and all is good now!

I didn't have that problem. I never had the thumbdrive attached to the computer while infected unless it was operating in safe mode. In safe mode the malware didn't seem to be operating on my machine.

Bstritt: Good to know! If and I mean IF I ever need it again.

when i tried using the antimalware it did delete some of it but Not ALL of it. the spyware also blocks most use of my computer besides my internet.

Sunnshyne: I suspect you did not boot up in safe mode, with the networking option. In safe mode the Malware should not be loaded in the computer, and then you can open the Anti-malware, update it (requires the networking in safe mode) and run a scan.

Thanks for all the advice on this Malwarebytes seems to have done the job and killed of the horrible Malware. I still find that my search results on google chrome aren't right though and seem to be re-directing me to dodgey sites. I tried re-installing it but it is still happening. Does this mean there are still bits of anti virus pro left?

When I try to run an update for the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program, I get an Error Alert that says..

"An error occured. Please report the following error code to the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware support team. Error code: 732 (0,0)"

I have installed and ran the Malwarebytes program and ran a quick scan and a full scan and the virus is still active after I reboot my machine.

I also tried to install Hijack This and when I click to download the file from the site, it locks up my Firefox browser.

Malware wont open it says its infected and i dont have a thumb drive help me get rid of this.

The fix didnt seem to be working for me properly unitll I updated Malwarebyte program. As stated about 20 posts ago, at least for me at this opther poster.. I coudlnt remove the virus untill I had the Malwarebyte program set up with latest updates.

I actually didnt use safe mode to get rid of it, I used aprogram called 'ckill' and it stopped the popups allowing me to run the Malware properly. However if this ever happens again, (now that I know) Ill use safe mode.

As so many here, I am so thankful of this site and the help it has given me!

Now Ill need to catch up on the missed nights sleep panicking over this!

Hi, thank you for posting the removal guide, btw. I followed the instruction and got rid of it the first time. But after I restarted my computer after the removal, it came back. This time Malwarebytes no longer find the virus when I run system check. So I used Search and Destroy instead, and removed it for the 2nd time. But 2 days later, it popped up again! I don't know what program its linked to or how it keeps coming back. found a folder in my C drive name "Inetpub", don't know what it is, and I certainly didn't install it. That and alot of my folders are "access deny". It created a folder called "system volume information" and 572060e7c...." folder that I don't have access to. That and it created a system.sav file, a system restore file. I'm getting pretty pissed off, if its a firefox security problem, I might just change over to google chrome.
Someone please help, I'm running out of ideas.

Got this on my computer last night. I have downloaded the Malwarebytes and updates but cannot open them because of this infection. What should I do now. I don't think this is how you start a new post, but I don't see where to do that?

I removed the virus from my computer, but I had problem using Explorer Browser. I read the forum to find a way to fix this, and I have found the bstritt post. It work perfectly for me

If you are still having a problem with this, head over to the Sophos antivirus page. They have several free tools that are designed to remove these kind of threats.

I have read and tried everything you offer here, and guess what... my computer still does not work.

What else do you think will work?
