I have a guy threating to hack my computer so I want to know some way to prevent it from happening.

A decent firewall/AV would do the job.

Note: I would go with Comodo Firewall, it's easy to use, and doesn't come with add-ons like Zonealarm. It's free, and easy to configure.

How is the guy attempting to hack your computer? There are many script kiddies out there who knows nothing about hacking and claim they know how to hack. An yeah, what Belahzur said, a decent firewall would do the job.

The best software firewall I have found to date would have to be Outpost Pro 2009.
