i just downloaded avast! and it did the restart scan

it picked up 3 viruses that nothing else did???
but i deleted all of them, and im afraid i deleted something important...
File C:\Users\Chris\Appdata\Local\Temp\tmp954 is infected by win32: Trojan-gen {other}

File C:\Windows\Temp\TMP00000040F17A1CD771A59AF1 is infected by win32: Sudiet [Trj]

File D:\RECYCLER\S-3-2-18-100018038-100009134-100014083-9763.com is infected by win32: Falder [Trj]

is there anything to worry about the viruses still being present and/or new ones coming from that?
Did i delete anything majorly imprtant that may affect my laptop?
Do you want me to post a Hijackthis log here?
(BTW i deleted these 3 [pushed the 1 key])

• Save it to your desktop.
  
• Please double-click OTMoveIt3.exe to run it.

• Close OTMoveIt3

It worked fine.

We can remove OTMoveIt now.

• Please double-click OTMoveIt3.exe to run it again.
  
• Press the green CleanUp! button.
  
• Press Yes cleanup process prompt, do the same for the reboot prompt.
  

You should be fine now.
