backdoor.tidserv

I got the backdoor.tidserv on my computer probably on April 1 or the day before that. I didn't realize this until today when my Norton detected it, quarantined it and deleted it. Now my computer has all searches from google redirected to random websites and I can't go onto any anti-virus websites or download any updates through the programs. I have done an ad-aware scan and deleted some programs, which may have been a mistake because I know that your rules are to not fix anything myself.. but I panicked.. Thank you so much for helping me out ahead of time!! I don't want to lose everything but I will be out to buy a external harddrive tomorrow to back up everything if it isn't too late. What else should I do to protect myself other than changing passwords.. since I'm on a laptop is my desktop at risk because they are hooked up to the same router?

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

I got really frustrated with it because I couldn't download malwarebytes and I couldn't open my C drive it kept saying It couldn't find something called Recyclers..? so I ended up reformatting my computer. It was the easiest thing for me to do. Thanks again for trying! you guys are really great at responding in a timely fashion.
