win32/cryptor found by AVG. comes up everytime iexplorer is opened

Recently when I click on a link on google, I jump / am redirected to a different site. I downloaded AVG Anti-Virus Free. Now everytime I open internet explorer AVG advises

File: c:windows\system32\gaopdxkilqeuthaacmjejvcjrcgbjehiwiwcvp.dll
Infection: Virus identified Win32/Cryptor
Process name: C:Program Files\iexplore.exe

It lists the virus twice so I think I am infected by the same virus twice.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.

• Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.

• On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
  
• After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
  
• The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.

Good, AVG doesnt come up with the threat warning when i open internet explorer and It doesnt redirect me when i click on a link in google anymore. So I think its OK.

Then delete these two folders in bold:
C:\Avenger
C:\_OTMoveIt

Please download Flash_Disinfector from HERE

• First, download it to your desktop.
  
• Now double click it to run it and will tell it you what to do when you open it.
  
• It will temporarily kill explorer.exe and your desktop will go blank.
  
• Let Flash_Disinfector do it's job and it will restart explorer.exe for you.
  
• It will make a dummy autorun.inf in the root of every drive.
  
• You can now delete Flash_Disinfector.exe.
  

Let me know once you've run Flash_Disinfector.

well... Im not sure if I did it at all... It said that this program may not have installed properly and i had the choice to click yes it has installed properly or re-install with reccomended something but I cant remember what that exactly said...
