run-time error '339' help please

Run-time error 339: Component 'MSCOMM32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Hurry please and help

1. Download from here:
http://www.yes-tele.com/mscomm.ZIP
2. Extract it to Desktop.
3. Copy file into C:\Windows\system32 folder.
4. Press Start > Run.

In the run box, type in regsvr32 MSCOMM32.OCX
Note the space between the 2 and the M.
Press enter.

5. Enjoy.

still saying this error.

oops wrong it's not MSCOMM32.OCX. it's MSFLXGRD.OCX

Do the same again, place in system32, but then run this in the Run box.

regsvr32 MSFLXGRD.OCX

Note the space and hit enter.
