After removing the BankerFox.A and the Win32/Nuqel.E, I now notice that I cannot sign onto variuous message boards that I have belonged to nor can I perform search functions on message boards that still remembers my sign in and password.

If I go through AOL, there isn't any problem sigining in or using the search functions on these boards, it is just an issue if I try through Internet Explorer.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Scott

Delete your cookies, cache etc and try again.

If you do not know how to do that, follow this guide:

I just did that and now it will not allow me to log in to any of the message boards. When I try, it just takes a long time and then the screen appears "cannont find server"

Ok, I did the cc cleaner and it still has the same report. Also every so often the IE window has an error report window pop up asking if it should send error report and then it exits out of IE.

Here is what I get when I try to perform a search on a message board that I have belonged to for years. It starts to search very very slowly, then this appears:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings (if your network administrator has enabled this setting).
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Again, when I perform the same search at the same message board but through AOL instead of Internet Explorer, there is no problem at all. Only when through IE on same PC.
