Hello,
I have avg 8.5 web shield which is blocking that thing each time i enable my network card, but it's unable to spot/remove it.
exact message :
Trojan Horse Generic12.AZCN object : horobl.cn/ex/0032.exe

also i have strange files created in Windows\Temp of the form vrtxx.tmp which are tiny executable in fact (from 4kb to 10kb)

i suddenly got 5-6 alert about Virut.AJ.Dropper also 1 hour ago(i did nothing special meantime)

Bad news.

If it is virut, there is nothing we can do.
Virut is a file infecter and the only to "fix" it, is to format.

Not possible , no way to backup my data. i have 70 gb of vital data (of course i don't include useless things in that)

Lets have just an inch of hope that it was a generic find and not the actual infection.
Just note, if it's virut, and you can't format, you'll just have to live with it.


Please use the Internet Explorer browser, and do an online scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner

Note: If you have used this particular scanner before, you MAY HAVE TO UNINSTALL the program through Add/Remove Programs before downloading the new ActiveX component

Seen that file before, it's nor virut, but the scan may say otherwise.

• Please disable your local AV (Anti-virus) by right clicking it's icon in the tray, and exit it.
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:

UPX sets of alot of virus scanners, one of our tools was packed in UPX, but the developer changed it.

everything was running fine, and suddenly when working antivir crashed
i cannot reinstall it each time i install it says the setup was modified by the virus.

i really need to find a way to get rid of that thing ...

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.

Forced to reinstall again, mbam destroyed some infected system files.

But what is bothering me is right now on the new install there is absolutely no problem, how come antivir is not able to detect the infection when it arrives ?

Erm not finished. I did a full scan after install, zero virus.

no router, but machine always off when i'm not here

and anyway i connected only 30 min total since i reinstalled, i went nowhere , only downloaded things from trusted sources, namely opera, acrobat, java, .period.

Malware these days hijacks routers, so it makes it harder for us to find the problem, that's why I asked.

Yep, that's what Virut does.
I notice it's a zipped file, does it have exe/scr files inside the zip? they may be infected too.

i zipped the infected exe prior to sending, don't want to click on that inadvertly !

Computer is definitively clean now.
