Help pc infected

Hi My pc is poping up all sorts of windows... keeps shutting down and tellin me i have some spyware.. can you please advise me on how to clean this.. AVG does not seem to be cleaning it..

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

In the open area, type in cmd and hit enter.
When the command prompt opens, type this in:
del C:\WINDOWS\Tasks\At*.job <== note the space between del and C
Hit enter.

How is the machine now?

It All seems fine now.. No pop ups and done another scan and all seems well.. That cmd says.. Could not find C:Windows\task\at*.job

But everything seems back to normal again...

Go inside the folder and delete any At*.job

* = number(s)

Ok .. I went inside the folder but couldnt see any files named that..All it contains is information on what times I have set some of my updates and anti virues to run at !

I see you have Adobe Reader version 7 installed on this machine, this is old and has holes malware can use to abuse to re-infect you, so we need to close these holes.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.

• Adobe Reader 7
  

Then download and install version 9 from here:
http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
