Win32.Zafi.B - Can't run Spyware Doctor

Hello,

I am similarly am receiving the Security Center Alert "Win32.Zafi.B"

I cannot use the webbrowser without being redirected to a spyware software website.

I downloaded Spyware Doctor and double-clicked it on my desktop (via thumb drive). However, the software will simply will not run. After I double click, it thinks for a sec, and then nothing happens. FYI, it is the "exe" file that will not run.
