Problem with win32.zafi.b virus

I am currently being told that my firewall is trying to block this virus and my internet page is going to a security page... Here's my logfile...

• Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:

• Double click DDS.scr to run
  
• When complete, DDS.txt will open.
  
• Click No for Optional Scan.
  
• Save the report to your Desktop.
  
• Copy and paste DDS.txt back here, I don't need to see attach.txt.
