Give the anonymous person use a guest account to use on your computer.

If your the administrator, have a password set.

If your running vista......UAC will take care of this!

As doc says, set guest accounts with restrictions for other users of your PC.

If you suspect its a comprimisation with admin access, post in the Malware Removal forum.
