2 viruses I need to get rid of

I've been working on these all week with no solution. I get rid of them with norton, they come right back.
Trojan.Vundo
and
Backdoor.Tidserv!inf (which says I need to remove it manually) don't know how to do that

As I stated before my Mcafee has quarantined Trojan.Vundo, Trojan. Adclicker and Backdoor.Tidserv!inf It says it is saved in my back up. Before coming here I have done quite a bit of work, and my computer is running better, but those still keep being quarantined over and over...

Don't think it's tdss, the log isn't showing the dropper for it, but I could be wrong.

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.

Thank you so much, everthing seems to be much better now. The only thing McAfee is encountering now, blocking a thing called PUP. keeps coming up. But doesn't seem too bad. Looks like all the trojans and worms are gone
