o dear Trojan.Zlob.G

hey just got this virus couple of hours ago from surfing a dodgy torrent site. Ive run a trend micro 08 and spybot search and destroy scan and nothing but a couple of cookies has come up.

every now and then it pops up with a little message saying that windows firewall has detected trojan.zlob.g virus and the tells my to enable protection which is already have and if you click enable protection it forwards me on to a dodge site that gets blocked by trend micro

please tell me how to fix it XD
