trojan.zlob.G HELP!!

my labtop was infected by this trojan.zlob.G yesterday. I've started to get the notifications from Windows Security Center Alert about about this trojan every 20 minutes or so, and wanting me to enable protection...and it's really irritating me. I have no problem with my internet browsing or what so ever, but just the pop up that driving me crazy. Could you please help me get rid of this. Thank you

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
