returning possible infected email

does anyone know if it is possible to return an email without opening. Someone is creating addresses close to those of people i know in an effort to send a virus, other than deleting them without opening, can it be returned? only fair they should get thier own virus back

Nope, sorry.
Malware writers wouldn't open their own infected email, and there's no way of tracing it. Most malware writers will use other peoples machines like a botnet to send them so they dont' get caught.
