Spyware.Ispynow

I also have a fake windows firewall message informing me that Spyware.Ispynow has been detected on my computer. I also have a browser home page hijack that goes to a page with the following heading: "Insecure Browsing: Navigation on Hold." It has links to try to get me to buy some spyware removal software. Yet, the URL in my browser is what it is supposed to be, and when I look at Internet Options everything is normal. This is the same for both IE and Firefox. I have tried several antivirus and anti-spyware programs and nothing has worked.
