I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please make sure Teatimer is disable before we do this, otherwise this fix will fail.
===

  • Open HijackThis
  • Choose "Do a system scan only"
  • Check the boxes in front of these lines:

    O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{1AB0FEEF-8EFB-4C6D-95CB-2CE042EE2E1F}: NameServer = 85.255.112.145;85.255.112.150

  • Press "Fix Checked"
  • Close Hijack This.

Next,

  • Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  • Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  • ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.

  • The Recovery Console provides a recovery/repair mode should a problem occur during a Combofix run.

    Please help i have a Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and a W32.SillyDC virus RcAuto1

  • Allow ComboFix to download the Recovery Console.
  • Accept the End-User License Agreement.
  • The Recovery Console will be installed.
  • You will this next prompt that asks if you want to continue the malware scan, select yes

    Please help i have a Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and a W32.SillyDC virus Whatnext

  • Allow combofix to run
  • Post C:\combofix.txt back here.

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Can you try re-running it?
If that fails, do this.

Download OTViewIt to your desktop.

  • Close all windows and open it
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up called OTViewIt.txt, the other will be saved on your desktop and called Extras. Post both those logs here.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all on the forum

Combofix deleted an autorun virus.
It infected whatever you have plugged into F:\
If you have anymore external drives, we need to get them clean too.
Do you have anything else other than whatever is plugged in to F:\?

Sorry quick question... How does do these viruses affect my computer? And does it cause too much much damage?

And F:\ is a hard disk drive like c:/

descriptionPlease help i have a Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and a W32.SillyDC virus EmptyRe: Please help i have a Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and a W32.SillyDC virus

Ah, okay.
This virus isn't damaging. Just it infects external drives too, so when they are plugged in, you get re-infected.
Since there is no more drives around, lets carry on and delete these leftovers.

Now open a new notepad file.
Input this into the notepad file:

Driver::
Ndisprot

File::
c:\windows\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ndisprot.sys

Folder::
c:\program files\homeview
c:\program files\Viewpoint

Save this as CFScript.txt, save it to your desktop also.
Then drag and drop CFScript.txt into combofix as seen below:
Please help i have a Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and a W32.SillyDC virus Sfxdaw

This will open combofix.exe again, agree to it's terms and allow it to run, it may want to reboot after it's done. Post the resulting log back here.

Oh i forgot to mention that i have a Sprint Novatel Wireless internet card, does the virus affect that? I'm kind of scared because i plugged in my ipod and cellphone previously, BUT it was before the virus was detected. (The virus notification came up way later) Therefore i assumed that they would be alright and unaffected...Do you think so? Sorry Sad tearing

Yes, I think they'll be fine. They aren't normal external drives.

Please run this to make sure it doesn't come back.

You have or had what has been identified as a flash drive infection.

Please download Flash_Disinfector from HERE

  • First, download it to your desktop.
  • Now double click it to run it and will tell it you what to do when you open it.
  • It will temporarily kill explorer.exe and your desktop will go blank.
  • Let Flash_Disinfector do it's job and it will restart explorer.exe for you.
  • It will make a dummy autorun.inf in the root of every drive.
  • You can now delete Flash_Disinfector.exe.

No, not yet.
We need to do some updates to patch security holes.

Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java:

  • Download the latest version of Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 10.
  • Select the first option where it says "Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 10".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • In the Window that opens, select your platform and language, check the "agree" box, and click Continue.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add or Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
    - Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs:
    - Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
    - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
    - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
