Multichat clients

Hey! I have a lot of programs to chat with, but thought "why not get one that lets me chat on all of them?" So, I came on here to ask if any of you good people know where I would find one? I also think it would clean up some hard drive space, so I can finally delete my programs that I use for chat, but have one with all my account info on it, ya know?
