This tutorial will show you how to adjust the mouse speed in Windows 7 to make it faster or slower.
Open Control Panel >> Show All Control Panel Items >> Scroll down and click Mouse.
Navigate to the Pointer Options tab and adjust the slider left and right to suite your preference.
