Update: Country

The country flags have been removed because they took quite long to load and some members might not recognise the which country the flag belongs to.

All countries in the post profile will now be changed to the country's name and can be changed in the profile through the drop down list.

This should help load the forum + profile faster.

I thinks it is better this way as i do not recognise all the flags.
